When I started this blog in 2020, I was hell bent on traveling the world. Then the pandemic came and I had to take a break from traveling for almost a year. In 2022, the world reawakened and with it my desire for adventure. I hope you enjoy my latest travel adventures as much as I did during my stays there.

When my friend suggested going to famous race track in Monza but staying in Milan, I thought, why not? No one has ever had to convince me to plan a trip to Italy, because I know that the quality and selection of gluten-free food options there is exceptional.
