Day 10 - Split

To be able to take the first ferry from Stari Grad (which leaves at 5:30) means I have to get up at four o'clock. Glad to naturally be rather the early bird so I don't mind getting up this early. During the passage I research where I can park the car because my Airbnb for the night is not in walking distance. I find a parking lot behind a small supermarket just five minutes from the Riva (=waterfront) away. Prices are affordable (7kn per hour).

Meet Andrea, she is from Ecuador. She is a lovely person and we spend the entire day together.

Started with a Free Walking Tour and learned a bit about the Palace.

Later we strolled around, we climbed the Bell Tower, visited one of the smallest cathedrals in the world (before it has been a Mausoleum), visited Jupiters Temple (because Dioceclan thought he was the son of Jupiter), went down the Crypta and visited the treasury.
